The QRS PNOmation 4 system is compatible with the vast majority of grand and upright pianos, including many antique and vintage instruments. During your free in-home consultation, our specialist will assess your specific piano and confirm compatibility before any commitment.

After a deposit, we order your QRS system and schedule pickup of your piano. The system typically arrives within about a week. Our technicians then spend 1–2 working days fitting, calibrating, and tuning your piano at our shop. Once complete, we redeliver it to your home and handle the full in-home setup, app configuration, and walkthrough — so you’re ready to play from day one.

We offer three financing options: standard financing, 12-month 0% interest, and 24-month 0% interest. Your consultant will walk you through all three during your in-home visit so you can choose what works best for you.

We currently serve North Dallas and North Austin, including surrounding communities. If you're unsure whether we cover your area, please reach out — we're happy to confirm.

Every conversion includes a full in-home app walkthrough once your piano is returned and set up. Our specialists remain available for questions and follow-up service as needed — we don’t disappear after the job is done.
