The Installation Process
From the initial conversation to the moment your piano plays its first song in your living room — here's exactly what the process looks like, and how long each stage takes.
In-Home Consultation
Justin visits your home, assesses your piano, confirms compatibility, and walks through the system and all three financing options. There's no commitment required at this stage.
Deposit & System Order
Once you decide to proceed, a deposit is collected and the QRS PNOmation 4 system is ordered. Systems typically arrive within approximately one week.
Piano Pickup
We schedule a convenient time to pick up your piano and transport it to our shop. All logistics are handled — nothing is required on your end.
Shop Installation & Calibration
Technicians fit the QRS system, calibrate it to your piano's specific action, and perform a full tuning. This takes 1–2 working days.
Delivery & In-Home Setup
Your piano is redelivered, positioned, and fully set up — Wi-Fi connection, app configuration on your devices, and a complete walkthrough of every feature.
Ongoing Support
Justin and the Clare's team remain available for questions, follow-up service, and anything else you need after installation.
